Cancellations for one-to-one lessons, on-course sessions, putting improvement sessions, putter fittings, group lessons and green reading clinics must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full session fee being charged. No refund will be issued.
Exception: Cancellations supported by a doctor's confirmation letter will be considered for a full refund or rescheduled session at Gary's discretion.

Gary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a school due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond his control. In this case, a full refund will be issued to all booked participants.
Block booking fees are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Sessions not used within this period are forfeited with no refund.
Individual sessions within a block booking are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy. A session cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice counts as used.
Programme fees are agreed personally with Gary before the programme begins. Refund terms for programmes are confirmed in writing at the time of agreement. Individual sessions within a programme are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy.
Online coaching subscriptions and payments are processed via Skillest and OnForm respectively. Refund terms for online coaching are governed by the terms of those platforms. Gary is unable to offer refunds for payments processed through third-party platforms.
Custom Fine-Tuned putter orders are placed by Gary on your behalf following a fitting session. Once an order has been placed with Fine-Tuned, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. The putter cost will be confirmed with you personally before any order is placed.
The £90 fitting fee is non-refundable regardless of whether a putter is subsequently ordered.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
