How to pay for coaching services at The Playing Academy
Payment for one-to-one lessons, on-course sessions, putting improvement, putter fitting, group lessons and green reading clinics is due before or at the time of the session.
The following payment methods are accepted:
Golf school bookings are paid at the time of booking via Progenda — The Playing Academy's booking platform. Payment in full is required to secure your place on a school. Places are not held without payment.
Block booking fees are paid upfront in full at the time of purchase. The same payment methods apply — cash in person, card on-site or bank transfer.
Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.
The junior group programme runs on a monthly payment plan. Payment is made in person, by card on-site or by bank transfer. The junior group programme is not payable via online platforms.
Online coaching payments are handled directly through the coaching platforms:
Gary does not accept direct payment for online coaching outside of these platforms.
Following a Fine-Tuned putter fitting, the cost of your custom putter will be confirmed by Gary personally before any order is placed. Putter payment is made directly to Gary — not to Fine-Tuned. The £90 fitting fee is separate and payable at the time of the fitting session.
Programme pricing and payment terms for the Players Programme (in-person and online) are agreed personally with Gary following your initial assessment. Gary will confirm all payment details at that stage.
